Where to Apply, Near Aihar
Most of these schemes are applied for at one of five places. Start at the first one that fits — the staff there will tell you if you need to go further.
-
1
Gram Panchayat / Village Secretariat
Your first stop for MGNREGA job cards, PM Awas Yojana, toilet grant, pension verification, ration card recommendation and birth or death certificates. Meet the Gram Pradhan, Panchayat Secretary or Rozgar Sevak.
-
2
Jan Seva Kendra (CSC)
The common service centre handles most online applications — PM-KISAN, Ayushman card, e-Shram, PM Vishwakarma, ration card, e-KYC and certificate downloads. Government fees are fixed and displayed; ask for a receipt every time.
-
3
Block Office — Dalmau
The Block Development Office (BDO) handles rural housing, MGNREGA administration, self-help groups, skill training under NRLM and village development works. Aihar falls under Dalmau development block.
-
4
Tehsil — Dalmau
Income, caste, residence and birth certificates, land records (khatauni), Gharauni property cards and revenue matters. Many schemes will not move without a valid income certificate — get it made first.
-
5
District Headquarters — Raebareli
District offices for Agriculture, Social Welfare, Probation (women & child), Industries (ODOP, MYUVA), Dairy and Divyangjan Empowerment. Also the district hospital, the One Stop Centre and the Ayushman cell.
Aadhaar (linked to a working mobile number), a bank passbook in your own name with Aadhaar seeded, ration card, and a recent income certificate from the Tehsil. These five cover the requirement of almost every scheme on this page — and no government scheme here charges a fee to apply.
Important Helplines
All of these numbers are free to call. Save the ones you may need.
No government officer will ever ask for your OTP, ATM PIN or bank password over the phone. Applying for these schemes is free — pay only the fixed, receipted service charge at a Jan Seva Kendra. If someone demands money to "get your scheme passed", report it on 1076. For any financial fraud, call 1930 immediately.
Please note
This page is a public-information effort by aihar.in and is not an official government website. Scheme amounts, income limits and rules are revised by the Government from time to time. Every scheme below carries a link to its official portal — please confirm the current position there, or at your Gram Panchayat, Block Office or Jan Seva Kendra, before acting.
